Ellis Knowledge Studio Web is run by James. This page explains what happens to the details you send through this site.

What I collect

When you fill in the quote form or the business questionnaire, I receive what you type: usually your name, email, phone number and details about your business.

How I use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a customer, deliver the work. I don't sell or share your details, and I don't add you to a mailing list.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Customer details are kept for as long as needed for the work and for accounting records.

Visitor statistics

This site may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not identify you personally.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you. Email james@ellisknowledgestudio.com.
